Welcome to Givtr.org, the online destination for Good for Good clothing, apparel and homeware items that supports a specific cause. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Givtr.org to you via the Printify platform. Sorted Design Studio CC trading as Givtr.org is registered in South Africa under [200724476423], with its registered office at 135 Main Road, Greenpoint Cape Town, South Africa.

2. Product Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and will be confirmed via email. As our products are made-to-order through Printify, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item prior to the confirmation of your order.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns will only be accepted for faulty or defective products. Products that do not fit due to sizing issues cannot be returned or exchanged as sizing charts are provided for each item. To initiate a return for a faulty product, please use the link provided to you by Printify Connect for customer service. Refunds or replacements for faulty items will be processed within 7-30 days of receiving the returned product.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

•USA: up to 7 days

•Canada: up to 10 days

•Rest of the World: 10-30 days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control including but not limited to production delays or global logistical disruptions. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant delays.

5. Out-of-Stock Items

In the event an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you via email to offer a full refund or the option to wait until the item becomes available again.

7. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments can be made using Credit Card or Paypal.

All content published and made available on our site is the property of Givtr.org and the site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our site.
